KABA RENTAL POLICY

All Kaba Rentals must be returned clean and free of stains and body odor. Anything returned will be assessed and additional cleaning fee will be added if required.

ALTERATIONS

All Kaba(s) may not be altered to fit, and may be returned in their original condition. If a Kaba(s) are returned altered or damaged, fees will be charged.

DEPOSIT

All rentals require a security deposit. The standard security deposit rate of $300.00 of the total rental and it is to be charged with the rental fee, one week prior to shipping. It should be submitted via email transfer and credited when rental is returned.

FEES

Our rental fees are determined on a piece basis. If the rental exceeds the agreed upon rental period, a charge of 20% of the total rental will be added for each additional week. If additional rescheduling of a rental period is required, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling must be approved for late fee charges not to occur.

DAMAGED OR LOST KABA

Normal wear and tear on Kaba(s) is expected and won’t incur extra charges. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur damage charge above the security charge.

RETURN RENTAL DATE

The return date is calculated 5 to 7 days after the event date. To allow time for cleaning and shipping. If for any reason there is a need to extend, please inform us 48hrs. Before your return due date so late fee won’t be charged.
